Chengsheng Mould combines state-of-the-art equipment with old fashioned craftsmanship to produce the highest quality die casting dies and die castings.

Because of advanced technique and operation experience combination, Chengsheng's production capability has reached 300 sets of mould per year and 1000 die casting parts per day, from the small to large one (up to be used in 1600T die casting machine), from simple to complicated. The capacity still has an upgrading room and is being innovating.

Chengsheng's operation and production are in a 12,000 square meters building

High speed HAAS CNC (4 axis), XINFENG CNC and Mitutoyo three-coordinate measuring device.	The integration of CAD/CAM/CAE guarantees the perfect normalization of mould and product quality form 3D to real objects and the product delivery time.
